Citywalk Return & Exchange Policy

At Citywalk, your satisfaction matters to us. If for any reason you are not fully happy with your purchase, we’re here to help with returns and exchanges under the following terms:

Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days from the date of purchase.
  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with all tags intact.
  • valid receipt or proof of purchase is required.
  • Refunds will be processed in the original form of payment once the product is inspected and approved.

Exchanges

  • Items may be exchanged within 7 days of purchase.
  • Exchanges are allowed for size, color, or a different product of equal value.
  • If the exchanged item is of higher value, the price difference must be paid.

Non-Returnable / Non-Exchangeable Items

For hygiene, safety, and quality reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Perfumes – once sold, cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Clothing – if washed, used, damaged, or returned with any odor/smell.
  • Accessories – if tags are missing, packaging is damaged, or the item is broken.
  • Worn or used footwear.

How to Process a Return/Exchange

  1. Bring the product along with your purchase receipt to the nearest Citywalk store.
  2. Our team will inspect the item and guide you through the return or exchange process.
